Volunteer We are looking for Groups or Individuals who would like to volunteer at any of the residences managed by Eaton Senior Programs! Current Volunteer Opportunities: Provide entertainment, such as: Choir performance (holiday program, dress rehearsal, small group or ensemble), Slide show (travel, historic, etc.), Children’s music recital, pageant, or program, or Sing-a-long Men’s-only activity Ladies’-only activity Friendly Visitors - Visit with a resident once or twice a month Provide a one-time group activity Assist with gardening Help serve a special meal Make new marketing displays Serve as a Birthday Party Host - Choose a month to assist staff with party for residents Serve as an Un-holiday Party Host - Choose a month and work with the Activity Coordinator on the day of the party Our Residents: The average age of our residents is 82 and many do not drive. They enjoy onsite activities and meeting new people. Many of our residents are from the Denver area, but some have moved here to be near family and no longer live near friends. Your visits and volunteer efforts are greatly appreciated. Our Residences: Eaton Senior Programs manages two residences in Lakewood, Colorado.
